السلام عليكم.لي صديقة تود الاستفادة من التقاعد النسبي نظرا لحالتها الصحية-مرض على مستوى الركبة -

راتبها الشهري 8600 ، عملت 29 سنة اذن راتبها بعد التقاعد النسبي بالتقريب :

8600 *29 *2.5% = 6235 dh

و الله أعلم وبهذه المناسبة نتمنى لها الشفاء العاجل.

التقاعد النسبي
الشروط : التوفر على 22 سنة من الأقدمية بالنسبة للرجال وعلى 15 سنة بالنسبة للنساء

ويتم تحديد مبلغ معاش التقاعد وفقا للصيغة التالية:
(الأجرة النظامية * عدد الأقساط السنوية القابلة للتصفية * 2 )/ 100

الأجور النظامية : يتم احتساب معاش التقاعد على الأجور النظامية الخاضعة للاقتطاع والمطابقة للوضعية الإدارية للمنخرط في سلكه الأصلي عند تاريخ حذفه من الأسلاك. وتشتمل الأجرة النظامية على :

الراتب الأساسي
التعويض عن الإقامة المخصصة للمنطقة "ج" (10في المائة من الراتب الأساسي)
مجموع التعويضات القارة والدائمة
الأقساط السنوية القابلة للتصفية: تعتبر كل سنة من الخدمة الفعلية بمثابة قسط سنوي قابل للتصفية ويساوي كل قسط سنوي 2.5 في المائة من الأجرة النظامية. غير أن النسبة المذكورة تحدد في 2 في المائة فيما يخص التقاعد بناء على طلب.
