Your priceless treasure is health >
It’s better than huge wealth
You need strong resolve and wit
To stay healthy and keep fit

Avoid overeating and junk food
Cheer up and adopt good mood
Regular exercise is a habit to highly rate
Have a balanced diet and check your weight

Beware of smoking , drugs and spirit
they ‘re health hazards and real demerits
cos they harm the body and the brain
squander your money and inflict insiduous pain

A sound mind in a sound body
is a lesson to learn for every lass and laddie

hi, if you permit me i have 3 remarks concernin ur "poem" in terms of rhyming nothing to day . a aa/bb rhyme is respected and is easy to respect.in terms of diction i find nothing poetic about it, i might be so subjective in here, the ******** is farm from being a part of that ******** that we feel and make us feel the soul of the poem and its writer as well,but anyway that was a good atempt i encourage you an d i tell you good luck, thanks for reading this very subjective opinion for poetry is something emotional that is felt by senses more than anything else et bon courage
