Would you possibly tell me why the adjective'apt' is considered a long adjective-not a short adjective
Would you mind explaining how the following words are different in meaning

since
as
for

I don't know how ta say it,but
The four words(because-since--as-for) espress almost the same thing:giving reasons.
I am interested in those slight differences

so ,friend take the differences between them when they express reasons :
because : is used when the reason is the most important part of the sentence, it comes usually at the end .
since and as: are used when the reason is already well known and is therefore usually
less important and they are usually placed at the beginning of the sentence
for : suggests that the reason is given as an afterthought. It is never placed at the beginning of the sentence
these are the uses of the adjectives of reasons .
I hope that I give you a general idea about them
thanks
