هبة ريف :تجتاح عشرات الكلاب الضالة مدرسة المسيرة بالناظور ،بصفة يومية ، بعد تهدم سورها الواقي من جراء الفيضانات التي اجتاحت الناظور مؤخرا ،مما أصبح يؤرق بال أولياء أمور التلاميذ و إدارة المؤسسة على حد سواء ، مخافة مهاجمتها للتلاميذ الأبرياء وسط الساحة .
و قد عوين كيف تصول تلك الكلاب و تجول داخل ساحة المدرسة ،دون ان تهتم لأحد ،و هو منظر مقرف و يبعث قلقا كبيرا في النفوس،مما قد يتبادر منها اتجاه الأطفال الصغار الذين يتابعون دراستهم في هذه المؤسسة .
و لهذه الأسباب يطالب أولياء امور تلاميذ مدرسة المسيرة من السلطات المختصة ،خاصة نيابة التعليم ،التدخل عاجلا ،على الاقل ، ببناء السور المهدم ،في انتظار مباشرة باقي الإصلاحات ،حماية لفلذات أكبادهم من اي مكروه قد يأتيهم من هذه الكلاب الضخمة ،التي اصبحت تتعايش مع أطفالهم داخل المؤسسة .
