can, could, may, might, will, would, shall, should, must

وسبب تسميتها بالأفعال الناقصة لأنها لاتضاف لها إضافات كبقية الأفعال مثل:

s – ing – ed

to ولاتضاف قبلها

ought to (should) – have to (must) أما الفعلين ... فهي بدائل لما بين الأقواس

Hi Salma26, hope you're well and doing well at school. well, col********s are pairs or groups of words that usually go together in a way that they sound natural and also meaningful .. for example we say "make an effort" not "do an effort" and we say "have an accident" not "make an accident "

suffix is the letters added to the end of a word to make another new word .. ex: "ness" is a suffix (happiness).ok
prefix is the letters added to the beginning of a word to make another new word .. ex: "un" ..(unimiportant) I am sure u'll find something about this in the books I shared in my previous messages.
