Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) all appear in any business. However, problems exist when companies are not aware that these exist or they are, but they do not know how to deal with it. Identifying an organization's SWOT is crucial in making plans and evaluating its current performance. To conduct a SWOT analysis, follow these simple steps:

Enumerate your companies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats by answering these questions:
For strengths:
What makes you standout in the industry?
What benefits can clients get from you?
What is your unique selling proposition?
What do others say your strengths are?
For weaknesses:
What areas in your organization need improvement?
Where do you lose sales?
What factors should you avoid?
For opportunities:
What beneficial technology/technique is out there that you haven't employed?
What are the trends that you can adjust to?
What avenues can you try?
For threats:
What do your competitors do that may threaten your company?
What obstacles do you see at present and in the long run?
What in the existing and future trends may affect you?
Focus on the weaknesses and threats and device ways to solve those challenges.
Identify different approaches to reach the outlined opportunities.
After listing down all of these items, present your SWOT analysis in paragraphs: one for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and recommendations.
