Hi friend! if u mean how to download a document, then that's not a big deal all u need is a simple click on the link of the page in which the document exists and u download. if u mean how to upload a document, then u need to have an account in a website for sharing docs (such as 4 shared, zshare, ...etc) and finally you upload wht u want it so easy. hope I made things a bit clear
