These results are unfair, they are based on illogical and subjective criteria. How can some teachers have 20/20 for lesson . Needless to mention that there no perfect lesson in teaching. In such cases, lazy teachers are lukier than hardworkers. In all parts of the world, teachers or any other employees should do something to get a promotion such as doing doing researches etc
